 PAYMENT TERMS:
  • Please ensure all transfers make clear reference to the delegates being paid for (Name and Surname and PIN)
  • Once Payment has been made, proof of payment is to be faxed or e-mailed to the conference Secretariat.

  • Confirmation of payment received will be provided in the form of an official receipt.
  • Without proof of payment your attendance cannot be guaranteed. You will not be able to register at the conference.

Conference Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment prior to the conference is mandatory for attendance
  • Credit Card Facilities will be available at the conference
  • Registration will be confirmed if payment is received BEFORE 20 August 2007
  • If payment is not is not received by 24 August 2007, the registration will be cancelled
  • Should you cancel your registration BEFORE  24 August 2007 , a 50% of the  paid registration fee will be refunded to you.
  • Should you cancel your registration AFTER 24 August 2007 , a 100% cancellation fee will be levied.
  • Registrants may send a substitute attendee for the event, if written notice is received before 20 August 2007 prior to the conference.
