These can be package tours for individuals or groups or specific tailor-made itineraries across Sub Saharan Africa including the islands in the Indian Ocean.
Transport Logistics
Scatterlings Conference and Events offers a comprehensive transfers and logistics management service. Our Conference and Event Management software system provides exact departure and arrival details.
Our VIP meet and greet service ensures that your delegate or speaker is met at the aircraft door and escorted to the waiting vehicle.
On larger conferences, a dedicated transfer and logistics manager is appointed.
Partner Programmes
If partners are likely to attend the conference, we will make sure that they have plenty of opportunity to enjoy themselves. Our partner programmes are developed in line with the conference programme published in the registration brochure. Conference delegates are of course welcome to participate.
