CIDA Empowerment (Pty) Ltd is our Empowerment Partner. 15 % is held by the employees resulting in the ownership measurement using the dti’s codes for good practice measurement being 25%. This structure results in Scatterlings Conference and Events attaining 22 points on the ownership portion of the QSE scorecard
